Respon Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) terhadap Aplikasi Ekstrak Abu Bagas

Abstrak


Ash bagasse contains high silica. Tomato plants have properties that can not be stored for long periods of time because of low storage so that tomato plants are easily damaged. Solutions that can be done one of them is by fertilizing the element of silica. This study aims to determine the response of growth and yield of tomato plants to the application of ash bag extract. This research will be conducted from June to September 2017 at GreenHouse Jalan Koptu Berlian, Kaliurang, Antirogo-Jember. This study using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) 4 x 3 with 3 replications. The first factor is the concentration of bagasse ash extract and the second factor is the application frequency of bagasse ash extract. The research data obtained will then be analyzing using multiform analysis, and continued with Scott Knott test at 5% level. The best treatment combinations that can increase the hardness and tomato fruit story is at a concentration of 200 ppm which is applied every once a week (K2M1).
