ALAT BANTU RAMAH LINGKUNGAN DENGAN SUARA UNTUK IKAN PELAGIS KECIL

Abstract


The development of fish calling device,particularly in the liftnet fisheries, is directed to find more effective and efficient fishing tools to improve catches and be environmentally friendly. The use of sound fishing aids has never been used by fishermen liftnet in South Sulawesi.The expected knowledge is to make a voice calling aids, especially small pelagic fish. In this study, the observed aspects: the percentage of catches produced by three types of sound and analyzing the catch results in relation to Gonade Maturity Lavel to see environmental friendliness.The making of a fish-calling device with waterproof sound was made in simulation and navigation workshopof Pangkep State Polytechnic of Agriculture,then it is operatedin the waters of Barru District - Strait of Makassar, with a lift net in June - July 2018. The results showed the type of sound I was very good for Stelophorus sp with the percentage of Gonade Maturity Lavel I was 93%, sound II was very good to be used Sardinella sp with the percentage of  Gonade Maturity Lavel IV 12% and Gonade Maturity Lavel  V 93% , while the sound III was very suitable to attract the attention of mackerel (Rastrelliger sp) the percentage of Gonade Maturity Lavel IV is 73% and Gonade Maturity Lavel  V is 27%, but it should be used after July (after spawning).
