Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Pada Petugas Rekam Medis Sebagai Persiapan Menjadi Clinical Instructure (Ci) Di Puskesmas Jelbuk

Abstract

Contains of The medical record not only Information abaout  patient's condition but also for legal, administrative, financial, research, educational, and documentation. Therefore, every health worker must make medical record. Jelbuk Public health center does not have CI (Clinical Instructure) on medical record unit. This makes it difficult for staff on Jelbuk Public health center to guide students in practice. Therefore, they need for education and training related to manage of medical records. This programhad  conducted from August untilOktober 2017. The method used  education and training to medical record staffon Jelbuk Public health center. The result of this program is the increase of staff knowledge. Output are Registration Flow, the Quality Service Indicator, Poster Rights and Patient Obligations, Tracer Borrowing of medical record documents and publications on mass media Radar Jember newspaper on Wednesday October 25, 2017. Suggestions for the management of Jelbuk Public health center is always update all about policy of medical record onprimary helth care
