Sistem Tracking Obyek Berbasis Algoritma Optical Flow Menggunakan Kamera Pan-Tilt

Abstract

Tracking system is a system that can determine the position, speed and distance of moving objects by using the static camera. In this study, the system designed using pan tilt camera for detecting and tracking of objects. Object selected by the user by utilizing mouse event feature on the computer, then used optical flow method for tracking object and edge detection method  for measure the width of detected object.When the object moves, the camera follows the movement of an object by adjusting the position of the object at the center of the camera frame. Camera movement is controlled using proportional controls method. The results obtained are, the camera can follow the movement of objects in time 2 seconds, and steady state error of 0.625 %
