Prototipe Pendukung Kelengkapan Data Pelayanan Bayi Baru Lahir untuk Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP)
Abstract
Health services for newborns is one health program that aims to ensure the survival and growth of children optimally. Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia is still high, reaching 25.5 deaths per 1000 babies born. The First Level Health Facility (FKTP) is a first-rate health service facility that acts as a primary service milestone, which is the gateway to advanced health services especially in the current a time of national health insurance. Implementation of Health Service Guidelines for mothers and newborns in FKTP and networked midwives established by the Ministry of Health require the support of information technology in the form of information systems to support the completeness of data, so that the resulting information can be complete and accurate. This is caused by the increasing demands of information needs, especially related to the problems of clinical services of newborns, reporting and medicolegal. Observations related to the Ministry of Health's regulation applicable in FKTP, the results of interviews and discussions with respondents consisting of midwives will be mapped through inference mechanisms so as to overcome the existing problems. This research was conducted for three months, beginning with requirement analysis, mapping and design of prototipe. The resulting output is a prototipe supporting the completeness of newborn clinical services data for first-rate health facilities (FKTP). Keywords—FKTP, Newborn care, Prototipe.Â
