Perancangan Aplikasi Personal Medical Record (PMR) Pasien Diabetes Tipe Ii
Abstract
Based on WHO data in 2016 there are 8.5% of the world population with diabetes. While morbidity trendin Indonesia showed an increasing, from 5.7% to 6.9% in 2007, and 1 in 2 people did not realize who they have diabetes. Efforts to optimize the management of DM by personal medical record (PMR) technology for Patients DM type II. The objective of this study was to design PMR  for patientsDM Type II. The method used Prototype method. The result of this research is PMR design including business process, activity diagram, class diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for patients DM Type II. The researchers can use the design for make aplication PMR for Patients DM Type II based on android and They can measure the risk of complications in patientsDM Type II.
