Penerapan Metode Quality Function Deployment pada Produk Jamu Tradisional (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Jamu Tradisional Pak Soetrisno

Abstract

This research use Quality Function Deployment method. The goal of this research is : (1) to find out the attribute criteria of traditional jamu product appropriate with customer’s requirements and expectations, (2) to find out customer’s requirements and expectations based on the priority’s sequence in quality assessment of Jamu Mr. Sutrisno’s compared with Mr. Sutikno’s and Mrs. Rini’s by using QFD method,  and (3) to find out the traditional Jamu’s improvement in its quality product by using QFD method. We used QFD method in this research because we could combine relationship between the producer’s importance and customer’s necessity so that the product can satisfy both of them.
