Abstract

Change of land use and increase a residential area in the region upstream , central and hilir das sampean has led against the entry of pollutants as domestic waste , industry , agricultural , and animal husbandry .A special purpose from the study are: 1 know of the to land in the das sampean; 2 know total need for land and area of land equivalent rice available in the das sampean to support life society; 3 know total need for water and availability of water in the DAS Sampean to support life society; 4 know the development of the water river quality condition in the das sampean; 5 know burden pollution in the das sampean; 6 know capacity burden pollution in the das sampean . Methods used is the measurement of capacity and the support areas das sampean so that it can provide a to of the to land . Analysis capacity environment areas das sampean needed to know the state of their capacity a have grave ecological consequences from the aspect of the acquisition of land for , quality of river water and population any individual having . Information about and needs land on a wide variety of the land allocation and the availability and high demand for water , they are also required to as an ingredient of the planning and environment protection in the region of the watershed of pekalen sampean .The results of the analysis data of changes of land use the acquisition of land for , rainfall and it is anticipated that analysis the quality of the water as follows: ( 1 ) their capacity a the watershed of pekalen sampean in the year 2016-2017 which includes the: ( a ) aspects concerning the achievement of of the nature of physics ( are temperature and a residue suspended ( tss ); ( b ) aspects concerning the achievement of of the chemical properties ( ph , cod , bod , their call therein will be , phospat , no3-n as well as the oil / fat ); ( c ) aspects concerning the achievement of of the nature of mikrobiologis covering the total coliform and fecal coliform ); ( d ) in the price indice pollution and ( 2 ) carrying capacity of the the acquisition of land for during the period under 2016-2017 per sub district and personnel the total of districts
