Abstract

Abstract

Ain Hartoko Medistra Clinic is a clinic that provides maternal and child health services. The process of documenting maternal and child health services is often unsustainable because of a cohort document that is misfile or patients who forget to bring KIA books. To overcome this problem researchers chose alternative solutions, namely the role of information systems that are able to document midwifery records. The purpose of this study is to design and create an Information System for Maternal and Child Health Services to facilitate officers. Designing and making a system using the waterfall method includes; (1) Analysis and Definition Requirements, (2) System and Software Design, (3) Implementation and Unit Testing, (4) Integration and System Testing. The researcher collected data using interview, brainstorming, observation and documentation methods. The implementation process uses the PHP programming language with the Code Igniter framework. This research produces output in the form of a Maternal and Child Health Service Information System program that can be used to document services, view the risk status of pregnant women, collect drug allergy data, and display KMS charts electronically. Based on the tests carried out, the system is in accordance with user needs, and requires several developments such as adjusting the drug database and recording drug allergies to prevent the risk of allergies in patients.
