This study examined how multi-actor harmonization contributed to the realization of Good Village Governance in Triwungan Village. The problem addressed was the limited understanding of village governance that primarily focuses on administrative compliance and two-actor interaction, without adequately integrating the role of the private sector. The objective of this study was to analyze the roles, interactions, and synergy among the village government, community, and private sector in shaping governance practices. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicated that financial management had been implemented in accordance with transparency and accountability principles; however, community participation remained largely procedural, and private sector involvement was not yet fully institutionalized. The results demonstrated that multi-actor harmonization fostered a collaborative governance pattern that improved governance effectiveness, although not yet optimal. This study concluded that governance effectiveness was determined more by the quality of stakeholder interaction than by formal compliance alone, highlighting the importance of integrated multi-actor engagement in village governance.
