Impact of Digitalization of Financial Recording and Financial Literacy on The Effectiveness ff Financial Management of Msmes In Pasuruan Regency

This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization of financial records and financial literacy on the effectiveness of financial management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasuruan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires that were later distributed to 100 MSME owners who met the criteria and were selected using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 31 through descriptive statistical analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that digitalization of financial records has a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of MSME financial management. Financial literacy also has a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of MSME financial management. These findings indicate that the implementation of a digital-based financial record system, supported by adequate financial understanding, can improve the quality of business financial management. Therefore, digitalization of financial records and financial literacy are important factors in supporting the effectiveness of MSME financial management in Pasuruan Regency.
