Contraceptive services continue to face challenges, including long waiting times, overcrowding, documentation errors, and inadequate privacy, which may reduce the effectiveness of family planning programs. This study aimed to develop the SICANTIK-App, a mobile application designed to improve the efficiency of the contraceptive service queue system. The study employed the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) framework and the Scrum methodology. BCW was used to identify patients' capability, opportunity, and motivation to access contraceptive services and to determine appropriate intervention strategies, while Scrum guided the iterative development process from requirements analysis to system implementation. The application allows patients to register online, select their preferred appointment schedule, and receive arrival notifications, thereby reducing waiting times, minimizing overcrowding, and enhancing privacy. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a mean score of 75, indicating Good and Acceptable usability. The findings demonstrate that the SICANTIK-App improves the efficiency of contraceptive services in primary healthcare centers, reduces social stigma, and supports more inclusive and efficient family planning services. Healthcare worker training is recommended to facilitate successful technology adoption in contraceptive service delivery.
