Pandemi Covid 19 meningkatkan stress dan kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Kebijakan pembatasan sosial memberikan dampak pada pelayanan kesehatan pada ibu hamil terutama kunjungan antenatal care. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengedukasi ibu hamil mengenai ketahanan psikologis untuk mengurangi stress ibu hamil di RW 07 dan RW 08 Margasari Karawaci Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah edukasi individu dengan pendekatan pretes dan postes pada 22 ibu hamil. Pengukuran kecemasan ibu hamil menggunakan kuesioner Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) dengan dua kali pengukuran dengan jarak satu minggu setelah edukasi. Hasilnya adalah 68,2% ibu mendapatkan skor stress tinggi dan setelah mendapatkan edukasi mengenai ketahanan psikologis, pada pengukuran kedua terdapat 40,9% ibu yang masih memiliki skor stress tinggi. Skor rerata sebelum intervensi adalah 12,91 dan setelah intervensi adalah 12,10. Kesimpulan edukasi ketahanan psikologis dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menurunkan tingkat stress pada ibu hamil
