About the Journal

The Journal of Applied Tropical Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science (JATAV) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Department of Animal Sciences, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Indonesia. JATAV is published biannually (two volumes per year) in June and December. As an open-access journal, JATAV supports a "publish-as-you-go" scheme. This means that once articles meet quality standards and undergo proper peer review, they aren't held until enough accumulate for an issue. Instead, articles are continuously added to current issues as soon as they are accepted and complete the production process.
