Author Publication Carge

1. Open Access Policy

JATAV applies a Full Open Access policy. All published articles are accessible to readers free of charge. We believe that open access promotes broader accessibility and dissemination of knowledge globally, benefiting the professional community, academics, and the general public.

To support this policy and cover publication operating costs (including peer-review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving), the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors, institutions, or funding agencies.

2. Charges

1) Article Submission Charge (ASC)

Free (IDR 0 / USD 0): No fees are charged when authors submit their manuscripts to this journal.

2) Article Processing Charge (APC)

Every article that is officially accepted for publication will be subject to the following fee:

For Foreign Author

25 USD*

IMPORTANT:

Objective Review Process: The APC invoice will only be issued after the article is officially "Accepted." This fee has absolutely no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decisions.

3. Payment Responsibility

Submitting Author: Holds full responsibility for completing the APC payment. Upon manuscript submission, the submitting author must confirm their commitment to arrange the payment should the article be accepted for publication.

Third Parties: Payment responsibility cannot be delegated to any third party, unless prior written consent has been granted by the Publisher.

Fee Changes: This APC rate applies to the current calendar year and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the publisher.

4. Waiver Policy

We provide an APC waiver or discount scheme under the following conditions:

Highly Qualified Corresponding Authors: Free / USD 0.00 if the corresponding author has a Scopus or Web of Science (WoS) h-index > 25.

JATAV Reviewers: Entitled to a discount of 50% for each completed manuscript review (accumulative).

5. Quality Assurance

The management and governance of JATAV are regularly monitored and audited by LP3M Politeknik Negeri Jember. This reflects our commitment to meeting accountable and credible quality assurance standards for scientific publications.
