We are pleased to invite academicians, lectures, researchers, and professionals to submit their high-quality, original research manuscripts to be considered for publication in the Journal of Food Engineering (JOFE), scheduled for release in October 2025.

JOFE welcomes articles that align with our Focus and Scope, which can be accessed through our official website. Authors are kindly requested to adhere to the article template, available for download.

The submission deadline is September 30, 2025, or earlier if the quota of accepted papers is reached prior to this date. We encourage early submission to ensure consideration.

Publication Fee: 400.000 IDR
