Journal History

The International Journal of Healthcare and Information Technology (IJHITECH) was initially published twice a year, with publication issues scheduled in January and July. This publication frequency was applied from Volume 1, No. 1 through Volume 4, No. 1.

Starting from Volume 4, No. 2, IJHITECH changed its publication frequency to four issues per year, scheduled in January, April, July, and October. The change was made in line with the development of the journal's management and the increasing demand for scientific publication, supported by the availability of editorial and reviewer resources while maintaining the journal's established editorial and quality standards.

The change in publication frequency was formally submitted to the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia) for updating the journal's ISSN publication data through an official request dated 16 September 2026.

Publication Frequency:

• Volume 1, No. 1 – Volume 4, No. 1: 2 issues per year — January and July
• Starting Volume 4, No. 2: 4 issues per year — January, April, July, and October
