Pengujian Efikasi Kombinasi Minyak Parafin Dan Ekstrak Daun Mahoni (Swietenia Mahagoni Linnaeus Jacq.) Dalam Pengendalian Hama Ulat Grayak (Spodoptera Litura Fabricius)

Ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura Fabricius) termasuk dalam ordo Lepidoptera, merupakan salah satu hama penting yang menyerang tanaman pangan dan sayuran. Akibat dari serangan hama ini, produktivitas menurun bahkan gagal panen karena menyebabkan daun sayuran menjadi rusak seperti sobek dan berlubang. Salah satu jenis tanaman yang dapat digunakan sebagai insektisida nabati adalah ekstrak daun mahoni (Swietenia mahagoni Linnaeus Jacq.). Selain itu alternatif lain yang dapat digunakan untuk pengendalian yang aman dan ramah lingkungan adalah dengan menggunakan minyak parafin. Kombinasi insektisida nabati merupakan salah satu alternatif cara pengendalian hama yang cepat. Nilai LC50 kombinasi ekstrak daun mahoni dan minyak parafin pada metode oral sebesar 1,887% sedangkan metode topikal sebesar 0,681%. Indeks kombinasi metode oral pada kadar LC50 sebesar 1,362% bersifat aditif, sedangkan indeks kombinasi metode topikal pada kadar LC50 sebesar 0,422% bersifat sinergis lemah.
