Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Startup Berbasis Teknologi pada Bidang Pengolahan Kopi Arabika (Studi Kasus Kelompok Tani Argopuro Walida)

Kelompok tani Argopuro Walida mengolah kopi dari cherry bean (CB) menjadi green bean (GB) dengan kategori spesialti, premium, dan komersial. Produk ini diolah dengan cara Natural, Hidrohoney, Anaerobic/Lactic, dan Carbonic Maceration (CM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kelayakan usahanya dari produk masing – masing dari segi kelayakan bisnis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Net Presents Value (NPV), Break Event Point (BEP), Pay Back Period (PBP), dan Internal Rate Return (IRR). Observasi langsung, pencatatam jumlah bahan masuk dan keluar melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Kemudian, telah didapatkan bahwa nilai NPV tidak menghasilkan angka negatif, NPV paling rendah > Rp 9jt; pada produk jenis komersil pengolahan hidrohoney, sedangkan angka NPV tertinggi pada pengolahan Anerobic dan CM > Rp 8M. Saat ini kelompok tani menggunakan energi listrik, bahan bakar bersumber dari energi fosil. Belum tersedia unit digester untuk menghasilkan energi alternatif (biogas), atau dengan solar panel. Disimpulkan meskipun nilai NPV masuk kategori layak secara bisnis, namun jika diasumsikan nilai IRR 15% masih ada produk Natural dan Hidrohoney pada kategori premium dan komersial masing – masing IRR 14% dan 13%. Maka asumsi 15% dianggap kurang, tetapi bila dilihat produk spesialti, premium, dan komersial dengan olahan tertentu mendapatkan estimasi IRR antara 17%-20%. Perlunya meningkatkan Produksi kopi jenis spesialti hingga 75% dengan menyeimbangkan tiap pengolahan dapat meningkatkan nilai NPV.
