Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan Terapan (JIPT) is a scientific journal of related to applied science and technology in the field of Animal Science which includes: Animal Production, Animal Reproduction and Physiology, Feed Nutrition and Technology, Forage, Animal Health, Animal Socio-Economics, Animal Products Technology, and Livestock Industrial. The Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan Terapan is managed by Department of Animal Science and published by Politeknik Negeri Jember.

This journal can be accessed in the website (https://publikasi.polije.ac.id/index.php/jipt) with ISSN Number 2579-9479 (online). This journal has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) managed by Ministry of Research and Technology, Republic Indonesia with the third grade (Sinta 3) since year 2019 according to the decree No. 200/M/KPT/2020.

The Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan Terapan accepts article submissions from researchers. All articles that are accepted and meet the requirements will be published and freely available (open access) for all readers to read and download. The Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan Terapan has been indexed in Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref, PKP Index, and other scientific databases. The journal also uses Similarity Check to prevent any suspected plagiarism in the manuscripts.
