Identifikasi Komponen Senyawa Kimia Daun Kersen (Muntingia calabura) Asal Jember dengan Metode GCMS

Daun kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) merupakan tanaman yang berpotensi sebagai teh herbal yang berfungsi sebagai antidiabetes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa kimia daun kersen yang berasal dari Jember. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Biosains Politeknik Negeri Jember pada bulan Mei sampai Desember 2020. Identifikasi senyawa kimia daun kersen dilakukan dengan alat Gas Chromatograpy–Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS QP2010 Plus) dengan temperatur oven 80-250 °C dengan tekanan 60 kPa, total laju 6.0 mL/menit, laju kolom 0.94 ml/menit. Hasil analisis GC-MS menunjukkan bahwa senyawa kimia yang dominan pada daun kersen adalah Eicosamethyl Cyclodecasiloxane (33.59%), Tetracosamethyl Cyclododecasiloxane (18.23%) dan Octadecamethyl Cyclononasiloxane (17.18%).
