Strategi Pengembangan Industri berbasis Ubi Jalar Ungu dengan Metode SWOT dan ANP di Kabupaten Bondowoso

Ubi Jalar Ungu merupakan salah satu produk yang menjadi citra Kabupaten Bondowoso. Sehingga keberadaan Ubi Jalar Ungu sangat mendukung keberlangsungan industri berbasis Ubi Jalar Ungu. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memilih strategi pengembangan industri. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk pemilihan strategi pengembangan industri adalah metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Dalam perumusan strategi juga digunakan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan penelitian, didapatkan strategi prioritas yaitu strategi ST yaitu pengembangan produksi ubi jalar ungu bersih, peningkatan kualitas melalui pasca panen yang baik, dan pembuatan regulasi bagi mitra usaha.
